Every student graduating from a medical program in the province has been offered full-time employment, and the health minister says they are starting to get into earlier classes of students as well.
Tom Osborne asserts that efforts inside post secondary institutions are “paying dividends.”
Osborne says they have recruitment teams on the ground in the medical school three times a week to make sure all students have access to the recruitment office and are aware of their options.
He says that work is paying off and they’re seeing more people staying in the province than in previous years.
