56-Year-Old Man Charged Following Domestic Disturbance

A 56-year-old man is facing assault charges following an incident in Mount Pearl late last night.

Just before midnight, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home in Mount Pearl. As a result of the investigation, the man was arrested and charged with assault.

He was held to appear in court this morning.
