A man who had been ordered by the courts not to drive was behind the wheel yesterday as two vehicles collided on Water Street in St. John’s.
The accident happened at about 4 p.m.
Police arrested the 40-year-old man and seized his vehicle.
He was charged with breaching court orders. He was released to appear later.
