A recent survey shows that Air Canada ranked last on a list of major North American airlines when it came to flights arriving on time.
In 2023 just 63 per cent of the airline’s flights landed on schedule.
The good news, according to the CAA, is that Air Canada is listening and is doing what it can to improve the situation.
Director of Social Responsibility and Advocacy with CAA, Julia Kent says it’s hoped that travelers can expect more reliable service and schedules in 2024.
She says no one is listening more closely to the latest stats than Air Canada itself who she says “don’t want to be dead last.” She’s optimistic that the latest survey will propel the airline to make improvements.
