Housing ministers from Atlantic Canada convened in Halifax yesterday to discuss challenges within the region with federal minister Sean Fraser.
NL Housing Minister Paul Pike says this province has a keen interest in the development of modular housing.

He says the hope is that they’ll be able to design units that can withstand harsh winter conditions—like the conditions experienced on the north coast of Labrador.
Pike says he looks forward to collaborating with his Atlantic Canadian counterparts in coming up with an effective design plan.
