Retired Newfoundland Growlers centre Marcus Power has been hired as HockeyNL’s provincial associations Manager of Development and High Performance.
The St. John’s native played professionally in Germany and with the Newfoundland Growlers and has coached AAA hockey in the province for the last two seasons as an NCCP Development 1 certified coach.
Power will start his new position from his home office January 23.
