RCMP say an outstanding missing person’s case in central Newfoundland remains active after nearly five years.
Twenty-two-year-old Thomas “Tommy” Guy Jones was last seen at 7:00 p.m. February 13, 2019 on Southside Road behind the old mill in Grand Falls-Windsor.
Reports at the time indicated that he and a friend got their vehicle stuck, and the friend walked out but Jones stayed with the vehicle.
An extensive search failed to turn up any sign of the man.
VOCM News reached out to RCMP to get an update on the missing person’s case. Police say the case remains active and anyone with information is asked to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
