A man from Witless Bay is the province’s newest millionaire.

James Dinn plays the lotto often and decided to pick up a 20X Supreme scratch ticket at the local store.

He was in disbelief when he scratched off the top prize of $2 million, and had to call Atlantic Lotto to confirm he had actually won.

Dinn plans to use his winnings to pay off a few bills, help out a few people, and do some travelling.
