Some surgical procedures at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s have been cancelled today.
NL Health Services says it’s because of water damage caused by a frozen sprinkler line.
Only patients who are affected will be directly contacted to reschedule their procedure. Emergency surgical procedures are not affected.
