Port Saunders RCMP have arrested a pair of wanted people.
On December 27, police issued arrest warrants for 43-year-old Owen Barnes and 40-year-old Danielle Melina Wright. The pair were believed to be actively evading police.
Officers took both Barnes and Wright into custody on Thursday.
They both face two charges of theft under $5,000, while Barnes faces an additional two counts of flight from police and four counts of breaching a release order.
They are remanded into custody to appear in court.
