A 25-year-old woman is facing assault charges after an altercation with police at a St. John’s home.
Just before 6:00 p.m. Saturday, RNC were called to a disturbance at a centre city residence. When officers arrived, a drunk woman at the home threatened and attacked police before being arrested.
She now faces charges of threats to a person, assaulting an officer and assault with a weapon.
She was sent to lockup for court.
