The Mayor of Dover, Bonavista Bay is the recipient of the 2023 World Mayor Community Award.
Tony Keats has been serving the community since 1996 and has received accolades from throughout the province and even internationally.
A voter from Bolivia praised Keats for his contributions in municipalities in that country.
Keats will be presented a plaque for the accomplishment.
