Two teenagers spent the night in the lock-up after trying to steal from a centre city business.
RNC were called to the store on Elizabeth Avenue around 3 p.m. Friday after the suspects, a 13-year-old and 15-year-old, became violent towards workers who confronted them for shoplifting.
The pair took off before police arrived, but officers tracked them down not far from the business.
The 15-year-old has been charged with robbery, while the 13-year-old was taken in on charges of robbery and breach of a release order.
Both were held for court.
