RNC across the province nabbed three impaired drivers between yesterday and early this morning.
Around 3:30 p.m., police received a tip of a suspected impaired driver in Torbay and pulled a car over. The 67-year-old driver was arrested and charged for impaired. A half-hour later, officers pulled another car over in the west end of St. John’s, where they charged a 43-year-old with drunk driving.
On the west coast, RNC officers stopped a vehicle on Carmen Avenue in Corner Brook and suspected the driver was impaired. He was brought to the station, where he failed a breath test. The 32-year-old was also charged for impaired.
All three had their vehicles impounded.
