RCMP are continuing to sound the alarm about an increase in the circulation of counterfeit currency in the province.
Last month Harbour Grace RCMP issued a warning following reports from businesses in Carbonear of fake $100 bills in circulation.
Now police in Grand Falls Windsor are warning area businesses of fake bills with the words “Film Production” and “not legal tender” printed on them.
