Tom Davis will represent ward 4 on St. John’s City Council.
Out of the 2,790 votes cast, 1,211 of those were for Davis. Myles Russell came in second with 657 votes, Greg Smith third with 650 votes, and 272 votes were in favour of Nicholas Hillier.
Davis will represent the area spanning from Kenmount Terrace and into parts of the east end.
He replaces former councillor Ian Froude who vacated the seat this past December.
