A 25-year-old Grand Falls-Windsor man has been arrested for impaired driving after his ATV crashed into a vehicle over the weekend.
Around 1:30 Sunday afternoon, RCMP were called to the scene where the ATV had struck a vehicle parked outside a home.
The driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment and was taken to the detachment where he provided breath samples above the legal limit.
The accused will appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired and prohibited driving. The ATV was seized and impounded.
