2024 marks 30 years of the East Coast Trail Association.
Since 1994, the association has built and maintained 336 km of hiking trails throughout dozens of communities on the Avalon.
A kitchen party fundraising event is set for later this month to celebrate the milestone and raise money towards trail sustainability.
The event will feature entertainment, storytellers, auction, and raffle. Tickets for kitchen party, which takes place on April 17 at Quidi Vidi Brewery, can be purchased online.
