Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault in the Kilbride area of St. John’s on Monday night.
RNC say an incident occurred along Bay Bulls Road, near the Pitts Memorial Drive overpass, earlier that evening.
It’s believed a woman met the suspect, who was riding a bike, shortly before he allegedly attacked her.
The victim was treated for injuries in hospital.
Police are seeking video footage from the area of Bay Bulls Road and Columbus Drive between 8 p.m. and midnight this past Monday, April 29.
