A man on the RNC’s wanted list didn’t plan to surrender easily when police caught up with him during a late night stroll.
Officers on patrol spotted the man walking near Blackmarsh Road around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.
When police attempted to stop the man, he took off on foot. The 39-year-old didn’t get too far as police caught up with him.
He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to the lockup.
