A recent provincial political poll shows overall satisfaction with the governing Liberals remains strong.
The Narrative Research survey shows that just over half of all residents asked, or 53 per cent, are satisfied with the provincial government under Premier Andrew Furey, while four in 10, or 41 per cent, are dissatisfied.
The Liberals and Opposition PCs are close, though, in terms of voter support with 41 per cent saying they would vote for the PCs if an election were held today, up from 33 per cent in February. Meanwhile, 38 per cent say they would support the Liberals, down from 43 per cent.

The NDP stands at 19 per cent, down from 23 per cent in February.
Support for the Liberals increases notably with age, with just 17 per cent of those aged 18 to 34 supporting the party, compared to nearly half of those 55 and over, or 48 per cent, backing the Liberals.
The telephone survey of 350 adult residents of NL was conducted from May 7-29. Overall results are accurate to withing 5.2 percentage points, 95 times out of 100.
