The Princess Royal will be in Newfoundland and Labrador later this month to take part in Memorial Day commemoration events that will include the interment of the Unknown Soldier at the National War Memorial.
Princess Anne is the Colonel-in-Chief of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment and President of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
It will be the Princess Royal’s fist visit to the province since 2016 and will coincide with the 75th anniversary of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Confederation with Canada.
We look forward to welcoming Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, for our historic event July 1st.
