Accreditation Canada has awarded NL Health Services’ Western Zone with “Accredited with Exemplary Status.”

The recognition comes following a February 2024 survey, where significant advances since 2018 were noted.

The survey assessed 2,900 criteria across 13 sites, evaluating critical areas like emergency services and infection control.
