A 43-year-old woman is facing charges after an ATV crash in Mary’s Harbour on Friday.
RCMP say the ATV left the road and ended up in a ditch around 9:00 Friday night.
The driver, who police say was showing signs of impairment, was taken to the local clinic for treatment of minor injuries.
She provided breath samples that were nearly four times the legal limit according to police.
Her license was suspended and she’s set to appear in court at a later date on impaired driving charges.
