The PCs have closed the nomination process for the district of Waterford Valley.
Kevin Guest and Jesse Wilkins have put forward their names for the nomination.
An in-person nomination vote will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Geraldine Rubia Centre in St. John’s.
Those who want to vote must live in the district and be members or supporters of the party by 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
So far St. John’s city councillor Jamie Korab has announced his intent to seek the Liberal nomination.
That party has not yet made a call for nominations, nor have the NDP.
