Who doesn’t love a good haunted hike?
Harbour Grace, one of the province’s oldest communities, has its fair share of spooky stories and haunted locales and the local Conception Bay Museum is planning a spooky stroll about town.
Pat Collins, dressed as deceased undertaker Art Rogers, will host a Haunted Harbour Grace Heritage Walk this Thursday evening weather permitting.
He’ll point out where some of the town’s notable historic figures once lived, or are buried, and even encounter some of them, risen from the dead.
“He taunts the various historical figures and infamous figures who may be lurking around,” says Collins. “Within about an hour, participants will encounter these various spirits who come out to challenge Rogers’ version of events.
The Haunted Harbour Grace Walk will start at 9:30 but if the weather doesn’t cooperate, it will move to the following evening.
