A man who refused to go quietly for the RNC in metro is under lock and key today awaiting a court appearance.
Police arrested the man, who was wanted on an active warrant, around 9:30 last night in centre city area of St. John’s.
He faces charges of resisting arrest and breaching court orders which required him to be of good behaviour.
