RCMP in the Trinity Conception area have been dealing with an uptick in break-ins over the past few weeks.
Police say they’ve received numerous reports of stolen items and vehicle thefts in Bay Roberts, Harbour Grace and surrounding areas.
Residents are reminded to remove all valuables from their vehicles and keep the doors and windows locked, even if parked in the driveway.
Sheds and other structures should also be kept locked.
