It took extra time and eight rounds of penalty kicks for Feildians to secure a trip to the Jubilee Championship final. St. John’s roared back from a 2-0 deficit late in the game to tie it 2-2 on goals by Claire Langille and Lucy Thomas. Golden boot winner Hannah Newville and Grace Nolan replied for the winners.
Earlier, defending champ Holy Cross disposed of Paradise 6-0 with four goals by Vicki Thistle. Emily Bailey and Kate Hickey added singles.
The two winners meet in the gold medal game at 2:00 Saturday at King George V.
