Voting has begun in a by-election in metro.
Advance polls in Waterford Valley opened at 8 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m.
The candidate field consists of Nicole Boland of the NDP, Jamie Korab of the Liberals and Jessie Wilkins representing the PCs. The election itself takes place next Thursday.
Today is also the deadline to apply for a special ballot and the last day to be added to the voters list.
