RCMP in Sheshatshiu have issued an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old man wanted on a number of charges.
Dolphin Scott Rich is wanted on charges including uttering threats, forcible confinement and possession of incendiary materials; i.e., items used to start a fire.
RCMP believe Rich may be in Sheshatshiu, Happy Valley-Goose Bay or Natuashish.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact Sheshatshiu RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
