A 45-year-old man is facing kidnapping and other charges as the result of a recent break-in at a home in the capital city’s downtown.
Police say a man showed up at RNC Headquarters over the lunch hour yesterday claiming that someone had broken into his home.
The Constabulary says the incident was targeted.
RNC arrested Jason Chafe yesterday afternoon.
He’s scheduled to appear in court today on charges of break and enter, uttering threats, assault and kidnapping.
