Although many runners signed up to participate in the annual T’Railway Trek Half Marathon in CBS yesterday, the one turning all the heads, and getting all the attention, was a late entry – of the four-legged kind.
Joshua the goat made a run for it, leaving his home at Taylor’s Pumpkin Patch, and joining runners on the T’Railway.

His owners caught up with him at Tobin’s Lane, where a passer-by was keeping him safe. Josh was then brought to the finish line where he was awarded with a medal for his participation – and for putting smiles on the faces of runners and the many people who followed his exploits online.
