A 46-year-old man from Deer Lake is facing a drug trafficking charge after police seized a quantity of cocaine and pills from a home in the town this week.
Police searched the home, which is on Middle Road, Thursday, seizing the drugs and other items.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in November on one count of trafficking in cocaine.
The investigation continues.
