A shooting in Conception Bay South has sent one man to hospital with injuries.

RNC were called to Fowler’s Road near Peacekeepers Way around 9:15 Sunday night. They say one man was injured and a vehicle was damaged as a result.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his 50s, and about 6 feet tall with a dark complexion and a heavy build. He was wearing a black jacket, jeans and a bike helmet with a clear visor.

The man was operating a red dual purpose dirt bike with a headlight.

Police are appealing for any dash cam or surveillance video images from the area of Fowler’s Road and Peacekeepers Way between 9:00 and 10:00 Sunday evening.

Police are also hoping to speak with the occupants of a Honda Civic that was seen in the area at the time.
