The annual VOCM Cares Kids Eat Smart Radiothon is happening this afternoon.

VOCM will be broadcasting the radiothon live from the Avalon Mall from 1 to 5 p.m.

Executive Director Celina Stoyles says the foundation is feeling “really great” about the event, noting that it is their biggest fundraiser of the year.

She says the radiothon not only raises funds for the program, but it also raises awareness of what the program is all about.

It costs the foundation $1 for one breakfast.
