One woman was taken to hospital for treatment following a house fire on Park Avenue in Mount Pearl yesterday evening.
The call came in around 6:45 p.m., and a portion of the road was closed while the St. John’s Regional Fire Department doused the blaze.
The road reopened around 10:00 p.m.
RNC say the scene is being held for investigation.
