Another amazing show of support for the Kids Eat Smart organization.
Individuals and organizations came together yesterday at the Avalon Mall for the annual VOCM Kids Eat Smart Radiothon—and their generosity was greatly appreciated.
Executive Director of Kids Eat Smart Celina Stoyles announced the grand total live on the air yesterday.

$325,037 has been raised to support breakfast programs for kids across the province.
Stoyles calls that “incredible,” noting that the money goes toward the children of Newfoundland and Labrador and making sure they have breakfast every day when they come to school.
We are truly humbled by the outpouring of support! $325,037.20 will provide 325,037 breakfasts to school age children in NL at no cost to families. @VOCMCares @EDU_GovNL @NLSchoolsCA @NLTeachersAssoc @590VOCM @RadioGregSmith pic.twitter.com/ouP9PTxue2
