A St. John’s man who thought he could out-run police on foot is in custody this morning.
Police were called to a home where the suspect, who was ordered to stay away from the home, was reportedly causing damage.
But, when police arrived, the 26-year-old dashed away, and the chase was on.
Police caught up to the man, and he was charged with mischief, uttering threats, damaging property and resisting arrest.
