A Gander man is facing charges following the seizure of cocaine and contraband tobacco.
Police say 49-year-old Keith Ledrew was originally pulled over on Thursday night in Glenwood for a faulty license plate, but when officers approached the truck, they noticed a quantity of cocaine and illicit tobacco.
Police say Ledrew showed signs of drug impairment. They’re waiting for the results of testing.
Ledrew was already up for two charges of trafficking and failing to comply with a release order.
He’s due back in Gander Provincial Court on November 19th.
