We’re learning more about that tragic crash in Fort McMurray that killed a Clareville woman.

New information obtained by the Canadian Press indicated the driver, 28-year-old Roger Sierra of Calgary, was allegedly under a medical driving suspension at the time.

The GoFundMe account, which is raising money for funeral expenses, describes Emily as “adored” by family and friends, with a “heart of pure gold.”

That account has since raised over $75,000.

The accused is set to appear in court on December 4th.
