A driver, who was just 17 at the time, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death as the result of a collision that claimed the life of the 82-year-old driver of a second vehicle.
The victim succumbed to their injuries in hospital.
The crash occurred on February 22nd on Torbay Road near Cox Marsh Road.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
