SIRT-NL has determined that no criminal charges will be laid in connection with allegations of criminal harassment against an RCMP officer stationed in Harbour Grace.
The investigation was launched after a complaint was received by SIRT-NL from a member of the public in May.
The investigation determined that the allegations made were not supported by the evidence gathered.
The file is now closed.
