Another young person has been arrested in connection with three separate cases involving violence in Mount Pearl.

The teenager is charged with two counts each of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon, and one count each of armed robbery and uttering threats in connection with two violent attacks in Mount Pearl one week ago.

That brings the total number of people charged in those two incidents to seven – six boys and one girl.

The same young man is also charged in connection with the investigation into an incident involving property damage and assault outside a Commonwealth Avenue restaurant on November 8th. The total number of young people charged in connection with that investigation is now four – all boys.

All four people charged in the November 8th incident are also charged in the November 22nd attacks.
