Calls for Trudeau’s resignation intensified following deputy PM Chrystia Freeland’s resignation yesterday, hours before a Liberal caucus meeting and the fall economic statement.

The House of Commons sits today but will shut down for the holidays once the bell sounds later this afternoon.

Few expect that Trudeau will be left standing for much longer.
