A man who was stopped by police on Major’s Path just before the lunch hour yesterday proved to be a handful.
The 42-year-old became irate and got out of the vehicle, refusing to comply with RNC officers. Police first arrested him for obstruction of justice, then charged him with drunk driving after he refused to provide a breath sample.
The man had virtually no credentials to legally be behind the wheel.
