A 67-year-old man has been charged after assaulting a woman while out strolling the downtown in the wee hours.
The two were out for a walk just before 3 a.m. when they got into an argument.
RNC tracked down the pair, and found the woman had sustained minor injuries during the altercation.
The man was taken to the lockup to appear on a charge of assault.
