The finance department is already busy preparing for the next budget cycle, the details of which will be announced in the spring.

Minister Siobhan Coady says preparations for the 2025 budget began immediately after they delivered the 2024 budget.

She says people in the department will be very busy over the next number of months planning and preparing for what that will look like.

Coady also encourages people in the province to have their say.

She says people can do so through the provincial government’s EngageNL site.
