The RNC are investigating the discovery of human remains in the area of the Bally Haley golf course off Stavanger which is currently under residential development.
RNC confirm the discovery and officers are in the area.
There are a number of outstanding missing persons cases in the capital city’s east end.
The remains are now with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine their indentity and possible cause of death.
