An intensive search effort is continuing for a 51-year-old woman from Nain, missing since December 30th.
Searchers with Nain Ground Search and Rescue have been joined by local volunteers who have scoured the town and surrounding area trying to find Elizabeth Jararuse.
Persistently poor weather is hampering attempts at an aerial search, but aircraft remain on standby waiting for a weather window.
